To our surprise, the well drilling company showed up three days early to dig our well...and on Independence Day. The kids enjoyed watching them dig and place the well at 300 feet deep. We are getting about 13 gallons a minute. It was amazing to see the light blue bedrock come up from deep within the earth full of moisture. The boys had a fun time getting their new "housebuilding" boots filthy slopping around in it while Panda collected persimmons and then left them all over the front field for the deer. ;) She even called for them to come eat once she was done. :)
