How Precious!!!! Annabelle lives on in these pictures and in our memories. She has been the instrument of choice by our sovereign God to bring us all to our knees in tears. Her story has been all encompassing to so many of us, causing us to pray without ceasing. With tears in our eyes, we come to the realization that our plans are not God's plans, but His is so much greater than we could ever fathom.

Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV)
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD."As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

Your constant faith even in this has been the instrument of choice to cause us all to worship a God who is divine. Not to be angry or shun the very God that created Annabelle but to embrace the fact that God's best was accomplished in her precious life. Through your family and your blog, God has taught all of us great lessons of faith, selflessness, perseverance, trust, and a heavenward perspective on life.

Romans 5:1-5 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

Your character has been such a testimony of this scripture!!! As a new mother myself, my heart aches and my eyes run like a waterfall when I think of Annabelle and your love for her. Thank you for guiding each of us to The Rock, our God, where we too can find strength and hope. What an impact your family has made both here on earth and in heaven!!!!!
Lots of Hugs,
Staci Allen

What a beautiful tribute and slideshow!! Annabelle is so beautiful and angelic. I continue to pray for your family's strength. I can't imagine the heartache and yet I know that Owen is just as fragile. Through Annabelle's story I have learned to appreciate every moment even that much more. We are blessed to have been chosen to be heart mommies.

Thanks for sharing Annabelle with us.

Absolutely beautiful! I find myself going back to this website frequently to look for updates. I can't even imagine what your family is going through, but please know that each time that I read your updates that it just inspires me so much......to be a better person and to draw closer to the Lord. Your words say it perfectly...His plan is Divine...for all of us. Your faith is so strong and so wonderfully inspirational to us all. Thank-you for sharing the pictures and the song by Natalie Grant is just perfect as well.
You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers and Annabelle will always be in my heart.
Love,
Julie (Palmetto Pediatrics)
