So, after the first drywall guy only worked one day before quitting at the sight of our great room ceiling height, we finally got this big step checked off the list!
Siding starts tomorrow...and then another meeting with the carpenter on Wednesday to finalize all the cabinets. I gave our builder all the paint colors today {they'll start priming the walls next}...and he told me that once siding wraps up, he's got our porch decking/flooring ready to go!
Each day we visit...it gets harder and harder to leave. The boys are enjoying fishing these days while I envision things...or at least try! ;)
As much as we are ready to move tomorrow and get out of this little apartment, I well know that the deep lessons learned while waiting are obtained no other way...so it's my prayer that my eyes and heart are open to whatever He can teach me until we call this home!
