Proof

My daddy always tells me that "the proof is in the pudding" (Don't you just love those little sayings that really don't make all that much sense when you really think about it?). Well, here's a little proof...that God continues to work through the Annabelle Baskets, that the Lord has provided for us to have precious family time together to create beautiful memories, and that our baby girl is still an amazing part of our lives.

The 100th Annabelle Basket!!!

Wyatt pulling a full load of baskets to MUSC...what a great big brother!

We had a yummy dinner there with Pooh & Friends.

Wyatt's 1st rollercoaster...Goofy's Barnstormer! We rode it at least 3 times!

Hi, I have been reading your blog for a while now. I lost my 2 month old son on May 23, 2008 from necrotizing enterocolitis. He was born at 25 weeks 5 days gestation. I stayed with him at the hospital for the 65 days that he lived. I wanted you to know you inspired me to do something similar to Annabelle Baskets in memory of our son. I had been trying to come up with a way to give back without taking too much of my time away from my job, husband and two sons. You can read about our story at www.caringbridge.org/visit/miraclebaby3.

We delivered our first gift basket this weekend to a family. You can see the project we started called It's No Monkey Business at www.itsnomonkeybusiness.com.

I am so sorry that you lost your Annabelle. You are a strong woman and an inspiration to others.

What an amazing minstry and keeping Annabelle's legacy alive. I am racking my brain for something creative to delver when we go back in October. Still thinking......
The pictures are great of the family and I bet Grandaddy loved riding that rollercoaster with Wyatt. We are starting to count down the days until we go.
Love always,

Rebecca,
It was so great talking to you again last night and sharing our feelings about our angels. It is so nice to talk to someone who truly understand the feelings that we have as moms of angels. I am so glad that you guys had fun at Disney and I love the pictures of Wyatt with Annabelle's ears. Too sweet! Congratulations on the 100th Annabelle Basket--what a testament to your angel! You guys are helping so many people. God bless you, every day!
Love,Bernie

Thanks for writing on our blog. I pray that you and your family are doing well. I know for us we take one day at a time. We miss Lindsay so much.
I was wondering if you could tell me about your baskets. What do you put in them and where do you take them. I am looking for ways to give back to Children's Hopsital Boston. We have teddy bears to hand out to babies and kids but we haven't done it yet. Just curious as to what you are doing.
Love,
Laura Groen
