{Christmas Eve Fun and 10 Months of Forever!}

As we were enjoying a fun day baking away today, it dawned on me that not only is today Christmas Eve but today also marks TEN months since our precious Andie-Grace was placed in our arms!  So, I quickly grabbed my camera {which is one of my New Year's Resolutions to do much more of in 2015!} and started snapping!

This feisty little firecracker...

~is talking up a storm but ONLY when she chooses!  She's a little bit like her mama and stubborn as an ox.  She can say mama, dada, bubba, up, all done, more, please, yes, hey y'all {sounds like "ey ya"}, quacks like a duck, barks like a dog and neighs like a horse...among other things!

~begs to get her toenails and fingernails painted...which her mama adores and happily obliges!

~loves jewelry, babydolls, glitter and dressing up!  She's also a wee bit obsessed with shoes.  I have no clue how she survived 16 months in an orphanage...her girly girly girl side is alive and well and thriving!!!  She is found at least once daily rummaging through my bracelets.  ;)

~weighs about 24 pounds and still wears 18 month pants, size 6 shoes and a size 2 dress/top.

~rocks the little mutated gene God gave her!  Still news to us {and a bit of a shock, nonetheless} but the more we learn about her little "syndrome" the more we see HIS awesome, redeeming, tapestry weaving hand at work!

~will walk right up to her mama and dada and give us a bit ole' smackaroo right on the lips!  She's quite a kisser and loves being the center of attention any chance she gets!

...and clearly knows how to devour a good sugar cookie!

What beautiful pictures!!! Sorry if you already answered this, but what syndrome does Andie-Grace have?

I know Christmas must have been wonderful with your girl this year. Her little personality just shines in each photo. I her syndrome will not slow her down a bit. I love that she is such a girly girl. God knew that your heart needed that!

Much happiness and joy to you and your family in 2015!
