Tummy Time

I've been told that my youngest little love doesn't have the best head control. I've been told that my holding him around the clock may have a little something to do with that. I've also been told to work on it.

Here's proof that we're doing just that...

It might not hurt to add that he has zero patience with this. I don't blame him because, well, he might just get that from me. So, when a little fuss comes out of that sweet mouth, he's back in my arms again... or Scott's arms...or his big brother's...

One day he'll be running all over the place and wrestling with his big brother and impossible to get to sit still. Right now, we'll continue with little sessions of tummy time & lots of lovin' on our laps!

He is such a sweet little guy! And I love the pics with Wyatt and his brother... too sweet!

Have I ever told you that Noah had to wear one of those helmets when he was a baby because he got a flat head?!?! Yep! I never forced him to do tummy time because he hated it so much (and I couldn't stand to hear him cry!) and he ended up with a really misshapen head... one that required 8 months of wearing a helmet 23 hours a day :) I decorated it with themes and scrapbook stickers, but it wasn't quite the "accessory" I had imagined for my firsborn! Anyway, take if from me... keep up the tummy time :)

Love seeing pictures of your special boys!

Sweet pictures...what happy brothers! Greyson wasn't ever a huge fan of tummy time either. You can't blame them...doesn't seem like a fun position to me after laying on your back all the time!

I completely agree with you. Get all the lovin in that you can. I know that I(we) hold Kanyon all the time and when he makes the slightest peep he is whisked up into someone's arms. I just love sitting on the couch holding him and hearing him breath and smelling that sweet baby smell. I even love my middle of the night feedings when it's just me and him in the dim light snuggling while he nurses. I can't get enough of my babe and I wouldn't worry at all about lovin on him so much because like you said he will be up and running around way too soon!

Love, Keisa
