Big News!

***UPDATE: Thank you for your prayers...the segment went well. As expected, lots of the interview was edited and the big story was the Annabelle Baskets themselves! We were very pleased with how it turned out (except for the small fact that I look like I am talking to the sky!). Scott & I got a good laugh out of some moments...nothing like seeing yourself on TV and being your own worst critic! It rounded out a very special Heart Day!

This sure has been one newsworthy week...beginning with the announcement of our newest little gift and the amazing outpouring of support, love, prayers and shared HOPE!

Apparently, God didn't want to stop there!

We are being interviewed for our local NBC news station, WIS, this afternoon in our home to raise awareness for Congenital Heart Defects and share our precious girl's story (along with the Annabelle Basket ministry, too)! Today is CHD Awareness Day making this "Heart" Day even more special!

Please be in prayer for us as this is our first time publicly sharing our story since Annabelle's passing. Ironcially enough, we were being filmed for CNN one year ago today and answering questions that we hoped we'd never have to face in reality. Oh, how I wish I had a little one year old toddlering around during the interview but I trust His plan and am excited about the plans He has for our future (Jeremiah 29:11).

The recorded segment will air tonight on either the 6pm or 11pm news! We probably will not know until it happens. For all our out of town friends, I will see if there's the possibility of having a link to it on their website so you may see it, too! And, if you're local & have a hot date tonight like we do, set those TiVos!!!

WOW, what an awesome chance to spread the word about heart defects and Annabelle's story. Praying that it all goes well (how could it not with you and Scott spreading the message). Have a wonderful "heart night" together and wish Mister Wyatt a Valentine greeting from the lowcountry.

With love and prayers,

Jan, Ann and Hannah

A year ago today I got to take care of sweet little annabelle! I was floated to 7c. She had an adorable little red bib on. Poor little thing had the worst reflux and kept spitting up. She had the sweetest little girly cry. What a sweetheart! Love you!

We contributed to CHD today while shopping. Hannah filled her form out in honor/memory of ANNABELLE.
Hope all went well with the
interview.

Congratulations on your new addition! I will be praying for you and your precious little one. Before seeing this post on your blog, I actually was on the WIS website last night and spotted Annabelle's picture in the video section and watched the story. God is using you in such an awesome way to touch many lives through your faith and this incredible ministry! God Bless!

What a wonderful story! The Annabelle Basket ministry is so special and I admire the way you have used your heartache to help others during their own difficult times. I'm sure those special baskets bring much needed smiles to all who receive them! Is there a way to donate to this ministry? I couldn't find an address or anything on the website. If so, could you let me know how to make a donation at danielleholtzman@cox.net.

Thanks for sharing this special story with the world!

You did great! I am so proud of everything you have and are doing! It is sad you have had to give out so many baskets but what a blessing for the families to receive in such a scary time.

It was so fun to see you in 'real' life in that news story on Annabelle's baskets. I am SO EXCITED to hear the news of your new baby!!! I can hardly wait to hear what you are having....if you are finding out before the birth. I really couldn't be more happy for you!!! Best of luck in enduring another pregnancy!
