Sorry to make you wait...

Annabelle's story was rescheduled to air tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8:40 am EST due to Dr. Gupta not being in town for the Q&A portion. He is supposed to be back for tomorrow. We didn't find out until after we waited for it, too. I am sure it will be worth the wait though!
In other Annabelle news, she had her second checkup with the cardiologist today. She weighed in at 10 pounds and 1 1/2 ounces!!! Quite impressive for a little girl that doesn't eat! (Thank goodness she has the g-tube.) Her other numbers (pulse ox & blood pressures) looked good, too. We return for her next full visit with echo next Friday. She was an absolute dollbaby for the nurse, Helen, who does all of her numbers. Mrs. Helen loves to sing to her and Annabelle just smiled from ear to ear! We go to the pediatrician again this Thursday for Annabelle's 2 month check-up...I can't believe she's almost 2 months old! I truly don't want these first few months to fly by but it will be a relief to get the second surgery behind us. We are so thankful for every day that we have with her. She is such a little miracle (who is quickly becoming a little chunky monkey)!

Hi from another HLHS family! Our newly adopted 3 year old son has HLHS! All 3 of his surgeries were completed in China and he is UNBELIEVABLY healthy!!! As a mom to a newborn, I can imagine the trepidation that goes through you as you wait for something more concrete each day. We will be praying for your family!!!

Hello Rebecca, Scott, Wyatt and Annabelle! I'm so happy that things are going well, and that she is gaining weight! McKena (my 3 year old daughter) prays for Annabelle, and all of her baby dolls have now been named Annabelle...it's very cute! Her story is even bringing children closer to Christ! What a powerful testimony!!! Please know that you are in our continual prayers!! With Love, Dene Johnston and family

Rebecca~My name is Jennifer Jones. I live in Louisiana. I heard your story on the news today and it caught my attention.I quickly called my news station to find a way to get in touch with you. This is where it led me! My daughter's name is Annabelle. She is 10 years old. I have a few friends with children named Annabelle, but they all spell it differently. I have been hoping to find someone to pass along my Annabelle's dresses and other monogramed clothes to. I would love to send them to you for your precious baby girl,if you dont think that is too weird. You can reach me on my email or I will check back here.My family will keep you and your family in our prayers, and hopefully one day your Annabelle can come home a healthy, happy baby girl!I hope to hear from you!
